This network is for ambitious, professional Career Women in New Zealand at all stages of career and motherhood. Whether you're early in your career, aspiring to senior leadership or an experienced executive. We know that it's not easy juggling motherhood and career - post partum recovery, the mental load, the responsibility, the sick days, the career breaks, the shift in identity, societal perceptions of mothers and career women... the list goes on.

What is Wellspirit and what is included when I sign-up?

Wellspirit is a Career Network helping women at all stages of motherhood access career and personal support through connecting with other women for advice, friendship.

Currently we are still in our launch phase and we are building with the help of our members to ensure our network delivers what women across New Zealand and Australia really need. Therefore our Membership is currently free.

2. Online Member Meet-ups. To help you connect with other women, we run regular virtual meetups where you can informally meet other members.

4. Connect to members. On our Slack Channel (coming) you can directly message our other members, chat or set up 1:1 meetings or just ask a question .
5. Online Member Meet-ups. To help you connect with other women, we run regular virtual meetups where you can informally meet other members. 
6. Online Events. Look out for member or expert hosted events covering professional and personal development on our Community channels.
7. Access to Womens Career Experts & Coaches from HR specialists, to legal and employment experts if you need immediate help on a challenge.

While there are many Women's focused Professional Development and Networking Platforms out there, only Wellspirit truly focuses on the unique needs of Mothers in the Workplace, especially in the years when you children are in their earlier years.

Our holistic approach to Women's Careers truly understanding the physical, mental and emotional shifts that take place as women become Mothers. But also, the societal impacts and stereotyping that takes place of Mothers in the Workplace.

However, most importantly, we know above all else, that Mothers need more support and a safe space to find it. That's why we aim to make it easier for Mums that are full-time working and full-time at home caring to meet other Career Mums, to network, to share advice and to self-care.

With burnout so prevalent amongst working Mums, Wellspirit takes a proactive approach to supporting women's wellbeing  vs. the traditional style of Employee Assistance programmes which lack relevance, trustworthiness and end up being help at the last resort.

Not only are we a Career Network for Career Mums, but also a community of HR Experts, Career and Wellbeing Coaches all on hand to provide on-demand support and advice where needed.

We also offer an unparalled support network to women where previously, advice for career or workplace challenges has been hard to acccess and sometimes an intimidating process. We create a safe space for women to seek help and take the time and effort out of the process.

Yes. Our early testers (yes, that's you) of  Wellspirit, join for free, as we continue to optimise performance of our platform, our community and value to our members.

How do I stop being a member of  this Network?

Accepted Answer

FREE membership (That's ALL memberships currently). If you wish to cancel your account and leave your membership as an early adopter, you just need to notify us at hello@wellspirit.com.(hello@wellspirit.com) Please give us 3 working days to cancel your membership.

Monthly memberships: You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime from our web platform. To do so, please email us at hellp@wellspirit.com (hellp@wellspirit.com)and we will cancel your membership within 3 working days.

We also offer the option to 'pause' your membership for up to 3 months in a calendar year, which will retain your current FREE membership status. Please contact us and we'll happily assist

Annual memberships: If you would like you can agree to a 12-month minimum commitment of membership in advance. At the end of this cycle your membership will automatically renew for the same period of time, unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel, simply email hello@wellspirit.com. You will still be able to access the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I become a Wellspirit Partner (Coach/Counsellor/Therapist etc?

I know that my organisation doesn't have budget for wellbeing or development. What are my options?

Your personal wellbeing and career development is a priority. We will help you ask your organisation for professional development and wellbeing budget. Please email hello@wellspirit.com.  If that doesn't work and you are not in a position to invest in your sessions, then please contact us and we will work with you to find funding and support options.
